Each ornament will come pre-packaged in a holiday gift bag. After you inspect the ornament just tape it close.
Refunds We don't get many. Only 2 in almost 400 orders. There is always a slight chance you may just not like the ornament and that is fine. Just reach out to us to get a refund or a chance for us to correct the problem. We can not take returns on custom or personalized ornaments unfortunately but we will make the ornament the way you want it.
